SPR# JSDS844R3W - When converting notes rich text for display as HTML, a section title defined by a formula that happens to be corrupt or does not evaluate properly would cause the entire rich text to HTML conversion process to terminate with no output.
The corrected behavior is to use an empty string for the title of the section and process the rest of the rich text as usual.
Also corrected a crash on 64 bit windows due to corrupt formula.
